Hot Whisky Toddy
Ingredients:* juice of 1 lemon
* 1/8 pint (65ml) water
* 1oz (25g) sugar
* a good tot of whisky
Measure the lemon juice, water and sugar into a strong glass. Heat on full power for 1 minute, stir until sugar dissolves. Return to the microwave and heat for a further 1 minute on full power until boiling. Stir in the whisky and serve.
