Green--blue-sauceIngredients:
* 250 g (8 oz) broccoli
* 185 g (6 oz) Gorgonzola cheese
* 100 g (3 1/2 oz / 1/2 cup) mascarpone
* 155 ml (5 fl oz / 2/3 cup) natural yogurt
* pepper

1. Wash and trim broccoli, discarding stalks. Cut into small flowerets. Cook in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain thoroughly.
2. Roughly chop Gorgonzola cheese. In a small saucepan, put Gorgonzola and mascarpone. Heat gently, stirring, until Gorgonzola has melted.
3. Add broccoli and yogurt to cheese sauce. Season with pepper. Heat gently for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over pasta.
