* 1 French stick
* 2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
* 125g (4 oz) Stork Special Blend
OVEN: Pre-heat to moderate (180°C, 350°F, Gas No. 4)
SHELF: Second from top
1. Make diagonal cuts 2.5cm (1 inch) apart almost to the base of the French stick.
2. Beat garlic and Stork Special Blend together and spread onto the cut sides of the bread.
3. Wrap in foil and bake in pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes.
