* 25g(1 oz) Stork margarine
* 75g (3 oz) soft brown sugar
* 1 x 170g (6 oz) can evaporated milk
* 1 x 15ml spoon (1 tablespoon) cornflour blended with
* 2 x 15ml spoons (2 tablespoons) water
* 25g (1 oz) walnuts, chopped, optional

1. Place Stork and sugar in a small saucepan and stir over a low heat until dissolved. Bring to the boil and cookfor 1 minute.
2. Add remaining ingredients, except walnuts. Stirring continuously bring to the boil and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened and smooth.
3. Stir in nuts, if used. Serve hot with ice cream or cold sweets.

Cooking time: 3-4 mins

Microwave Instructions
1. Place Stork in a bowl or jug and microwave on HIGH for 30-45 seconds until melted.
2. Add sugar and cook on HIGH for 1 minute, stirring once.
3. Stir in blended cornflour and evaporated milk. Cook on HIGH for 2 1/2-3 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times until thickened and smooth.
