Name French bread pizza

* 1 medium French stick
* 4 tablespoons olive oil
* 440 g (14 oz) can tomatoes
* salt and pepper
* 220 g (7 oz) can tuna fish in oil, drained
* 6-8 pimento-stuffed olives
* 60 g (2 oz / 1/2 cup) grated Edam cheese
* 3 spring onions, chopped

To serve:
* green salad

1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F/Gas 4). Cut a slice from the top of French stick along whole length. Scoop out most of the soft crumb from base portion (this and the lid will not be required but can be used for breadcrumbs).
2. Brush inside of loaf with half the olive oil. Drain tomatoes and reserve juice. Brush inside of loaf with juice. Place loaf on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
3. Chop tomatoes and arrange half inside the loaf. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Flake tuna fish and spoon over tomatoes. Season again. Top with remaining tomatoes and season once again.
4. Halve olives and arrange on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to oven and bake for a further 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and serve at once with salad.
