Fast-Mange-Tout-with-Mushrooms_cIngredients:
* 1 1/2 tablespoons oil (preferably groundnut)
* 8 oz (225 g) small mushrooms, wiped
* 1 lb (450 g) mange-tout, trimmed
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
* 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Heat a wok or large frying-pan and add the oil and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 4 minutes, then add the mange-tout, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Serve at once.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 7 minutes
Serves: 4-6
