Custard-tart_cIngredients:
* 1 cooked 18-20cm (7 or 8 inch) flan case.

Filling:
* 2 eggs, size 3
* 2 x 15ml spoons (2 tablespoons) castor sugar
* 275ml (1/2 pint) milk
* Pinch of nutmeg

OVEN: Pre-heat to moderately hot (190°C, 375°F, Gas No.5)
SHELF: Second from top
1. Beat eggs and sugar together.
2. Heat milk, do not allow to boil, and pour over beaten eggs, stirring well. Cool and strain into a jug.
3. Carefully pour custard into flan case and sprinkle with nutmeg.
4. Bake in pre-heated oven for 25-35 minutes or until custard has set.

Serves: 4-6.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 25-35 mins
