* 375 g (12 oz) closed cup mushrooms, sliced chopped fresh parsley, to garnish


* 3 tablespoons natural yogurt
* 2 tablespoons chutney
* 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
* 1 teaspoon curry powder
* salt and freshly ground black pepper

1. For the dressing, mix together in a bowl the yogurt, chutney, mayonnaise and curry powder, and season to taste.
2. Add the mushrooms and mix well. Arrange in a serving dish and chill for at least 2 hours before serving, garnished with the chopped fresh parsley.
