Name Crumpet pizzas

* 4 rashers streaky bacon, rinds removed
* 8 crumpets
* 60 g (2 oz / 1/4 cup) butter
* 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
* 4 tomatoes, sliced
* 8 slices processed Cheddar cheese
* 4 spring onions
* stuffed olives, to garnish

1. Preheat grill. Grill bacon and crumpets.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat butter and anchovy paste together. Spread a little on each crumpet. Arrange tomato slices on top.
3. Cut cheese slices diagonally into 4 triangular shapes. Arrange on top of crumpets. Grill briefly to melt cheese. Slice spring onions and sprinkle on top. Cut bacon rashers in half crosswise. Roll up and spear on cocktail sticks with stuffed olives. Use to garnish crumpets and serve at once.
