* 4 ripe bananas
* about 175 g (6 oz) plain chocolate

Make a small slit in each banana skin and insert one or two squares of chocolate. Wrap each banana in some foil and cook amongst the hot coals for about 10 minutes. Don't be put off by the blackened skins; the fruit is delicious when it is split open.
