* 250 g (8 oz/4 cups) pasta shells
* 1.5 kg (3 lb) chicken, cooked
* 250 g (8 oz) seedless grapes
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
* 60 ml (2 fl oz / 1/4 cup) mayonnaise
* 60 ml (2 fl oz / 1/4 cup) creme fraiche
* salt and pepper
* sprigs of parsley, to garnish

1. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta shells until just tender. Drain, rinse in cold water, then drain again thoroughly.
2. Remove meat from chicken and cut into pieces. In a bowl, mix together pasta, chicken, grapes and tarragon.
3. In a bowl, mix together may┬Čonnaise and creme fraiche. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and mix thoroughly. Serve salad at room temperature garnished with a few sprigs of parsley.
