Name Chicken & celery soup

* 3 sticks celery, finely chopped
* 575ml (1 pint) chicken stock
* 125g (4 oz) cooked chicken, chopped
* 25g (1 oz) Stork margarine
* 25g (1 oz) plain flour
* Salt and pepper

1. Place celery and chicken stock in medium-sized saucepan. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until celery is tender. Leave to cool slightly.
2. Add all other ingredients to pan and stirring continuously over moderate heat bring to the boil, cook for 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning and serve.
