* 6 sweet ripe cherries
* 1 very small banana
* 1 tsp baby rice (optional)

Wash the cherries, remove the stalks and put them into a small saucepan. Just cover with boiling water, then cover and simmer for about 4 minutes. Allow the cherries to cool down a little, remove the stones and press through a sieve to get rid of the skins. Mash the banana and mix with the sieved cherries. If you like, stir in the baby rice.

Serves: 1 portion
