Bread-sauce_cIngredients:
* 1 small onion, peeled
* 4 cloves
* 275ml (1/2 pint) milk
* 50g (2 oz) fresh white breadcrumbs
* 25g (1 oz) Stork margarine
* Salt and pepper

1. Insert cloves in onion and simmer in the milk for 10-15 minutes. Remove onion.
2. Add breadcrumbs to milk and infuse for 30 minutes.
3. Reheat, stirring in Stork.
4. Season well.
Serve hot with roast chicken, turkey or game.

Cooking time: 15 mins
