* 1 quantity Crumble Pizza Dough, made to end of step 3

* 500 g (1 lb) strawberries
* 375g (12oz) curd or low fat cheese
* 125 ml (4 fl oz l 1/2 cup) milk
* grated peel of 1/2 orange
* 4 tablespoons orange juice
* 2 tablespoons clear honey
* 1 egg, beaten
* 2 tablespoons redcurrant jelly
* whipped cream and strawberry leaves, to decorate

1. Preheat oven to 190C (375F/Gas 5). Bake dough in the oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, hull and chop half the strawberries. In a bowl, blend curd or low fat cheese with milk, orange peel, orange juice, honey and egg.
2. Spoon chopped strawberries over pizza base. Spoon cheese mixture on top and smooth over. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Switch off the oven, open the door and allow the cheesecake to cool gradually.
3. In a saucepan, heat redcurrant jelly until melted. Arrange reserved strawberries on top of cheesecake. Brush with melted jelly. Serve decorated with whipped cream and strawberry leaves.
