* 1 quantity Crumble Pizza Dough, made up to end of step 3

* 3 tablespoons apple and pear spread, see Note
* 2 tablespoons apple juice or water
* 3 cooking apples, peeled and cored
* 60 g (2 oz/2 tablespoons) sultanas
* 60 g (2 oz / 1/2 cup) chopped walnuts
* 60 g (2 oz / 1/2 cup) soft brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 125g (4 oz) marzipan

To serve:
* apple slices and whipped cream

1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F/Gas 6). Bake pizza base in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and then reduce the oven temperature to 180C (350F/Gas4).
2. Mix apple and pear spread with apple juice or water to form a soft paste. Spread over pizza base. Slice apples thinly. Place in a bowl with the sultanas, walnuts, sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. Spoon over dough and level surface. Grate marzipan and sprinkle over surface. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve with apple slices and whipped cream.
