* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 cup chilled butter
* 1 cup finely grated Gruyere cheese
* 2 ounce can of anchovies, drained and chopped
* 1 cup of black olives, pitted, chopped
* 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1. Put the butter, flour, cheese, anchovies, olives, and cayenne pepper into your food processor and pulse until a dough forms.
2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
4. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to 1 inch thick.
5. Cut the dough into 2-inch wide strips.
6. Cut the strips into triangles.
7. Place on a baking sheet that has a sheet of parchment paper on it.
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
9. Sprinkle with sea salt before they cool.
