Squid in sour cream in multicooker


  • 260 g (9 oz) squid rings (frozen)
  • 220 g (7.8 oz) sour cream
  • 160 g (5.6 oz) tomatoes
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) carrot
  • salt, spices

1. Defrost the squid rings, wash them.

2. Grate carrot on a coarse grater. Cut tomatoes into strips.

3. Put all ingredient to the multicooker cup, add salt and spices. Stir.

4. Press "Stew" for 20 minutes. Cook until ready.

Tip: Use basil and saffron as spices to this dish.
