French-style pork in multicooker


  • 430 g (15 oz) pork neck
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) tomatoes
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) cheese
  • 30 g (1 oz) mushrooms
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • salt, spices

1. Wash the meat and cut it into steaks 2 cm thick. Flatten meat with a hammer.

2. Cut tomatoes and mushrooms into plates 0.5 cm thick.

3. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

4. Pour olive oil to the multicooker cup, put the meat on the bottom and sprinkle with salt and spices.

5. Put tomatoes and mushrooms on top of the meat, sprinkle with cheese.

6. Press "Deep fry" for 8 minutes. Cook until ready.
