Meatball soup in multicooker

Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) meats mince
  • 400 g (14 oz) potato
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) onions
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) carrot
  • 50 g (1.8 oz) tomato paste
  • 20 g (0.7 oz) butter
  • 5 g (0.2 oz) garlic
  • 1.5 liter water
  • salt, spices

1. Use meats mince to make meatballs as large as a walnut.

2. Cut onions, carrot and potato into cubes of 1.5-2 cm big. Crush garlic with a knife.

3. Put all ingredients to the multicooker cup, add water, tomato paste, butter, salt and spices. Stir.

4. Press "Soup" for 1 hour. Cook until ready.

Tip: Use several different kinds of meat to make a meats mince. For example, mix pork, veal and lamb.
