Quorn Hot Pot
Spray a large non-stick frying pan with Fry Light and cook the onion and leeks for 5 minutes. Stir in the Quorn Pieces and continue frying for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C, 325°F, Gas Mark 3 for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
