  • 2 tablespoons of aromatized coffee "Montana"
  • 100 g of sugar powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of liquor "Amaretto"
  • 200 g of Marcapone cheese
  • 100 g of biscuit cookies

1. Boil 150 ml of water. Pour in coffee, stir, heat to boiling point and remove from fire immediately. Filter through 2-3 layers of gauze. Add 1 tablespoon of liquor.

2. Separate egg-while from yolk. Whip yolks with sugar power and the rest of liquor up to while foam. Add Marcapone very carefully. Separately whip egg-whites, add them to the mixture and stir.

3. Break biscuit cookies into big pieces, and then immerse into coffee mixed up with liquor. Cookies should become saturated with coffee until it is soft, but it should not turn into complete mess.

4. Put one layer of cookies sodden with coffee, then one layer of marcapone, again one layer of cookies, and one layer of marcapone. Sprinkle Tiramisu with good amount of cacao powder through fine sieve. Put into refrigerator for 2 hours minimum.

Soft Italian cheese «Marcapone» is included into the number of imperative ingredients of Tiramisu dessert. In case you cannot get it use very thick, not very sour creams or soft cottage cheese with high content of fat, mix it up with 2-3 tablespoons of creams whipped without sugar.

You can substitute liquor «Amaretto» for sweet wine, cognac, chocolate or coffee liquor.
