Vegetable puree in multicooker

Ingredients

  • 70 g (2.5 oz) carrots
  • 70 g (2.5 oz) cabbage
  • 70 g (2.5 oz) potatoes
  • 5 g (0.18 oz) butter
  • 5 ml fructose syrup
  • 3 ml salt solution
  • 200 ml water

1. Soak vegetables in cold water for 1 hour. Then cut them into cubes 1 cm big.

2. Grease the multicooker cup with butter. Put vegetables into it, pour water, add fructose syrup and salt solution, and stir.

3. Press "Stew" for 30 minutes. Cook until ready.

4. When the vegetables are cooked, put everything to another bowl or saucepan and blend. Cool the puree and give to a baby.

Tip: For 7-month-old babies
